From the Purchase and Inventory menu, choose the Purchase drop down and then click the Vendors link at the end of the list. The Vendor Listing page will open.
Click the New button to add a new vendor
The Vendor Editing window will open.
Enter the vendor information, items in red are required
- Select the Type of vendor, Fuel or Non-Fuel (required)
- Enter the Vendor Code or name of customer, if no code (required)
- Enter the Company name (required)
- Inactive box is used if vendor is no longer active
- First and Last name
- Select Custom Group, if applicable.
- Misc info- phone, fax, email, etc
- Payment Terms- Click dropdown to select payment term for vendor
- Save- Click the Save button when finished, or Undo if you make a mistake
- Listing- Click the Listing button to return to the main vendor listing page
